Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Collection Point Caller to generate inbound calls for our office. This position plays a key role in initiating consumer contact and supporting our collections team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate inbound calls for the office through outbound contact efforts
- Clearly and professionally communicate with consumers
- Maintain compliance and professionalism on every call
- Meet daily activity and performance expectations
- Support team goals and overall company production targets
Qualifications
- Previous point caller experience is a plus (not required)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Basic computer skills
Compensation & Incentives
